No unfortunately skirting is not included but it's something you can easily organise at your prestart and there are lots of options available to choose from. Just raise it at your prestart meeting and your consultant will be able to advise you in more detail. When is your prestart meeting? Have a great day! Renee Dale Alcock Homes. We love building. Back when I got it done I said I wanted laminated floorboards, DAH said it cost X amount and that was that. Underlay, flooring and skirting done. I guess you have to be fairly specific now days. You still have to upgrade to get skirting done? Building the Riva by Dale Alcock Homes. Unfortunately no skirting is not included for hardwood floors or any floor types. It's something you choose - there are HEAPS of types to choose from - and prices vary greatly as well. It's something you'll be able to look into more during prestart though. Thanks! Renee. Dale Alcock Homes. We love building.
