Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Feb 06, 2010 9:16 pm Hi! This is my first time posting on this forum! We are looking at building our first home and are thinking of building the baybreeze 27 by stylemaster.... Would love to here from others who have built this house and their experiences... I have noticed some people have built a 'modified' version....how have you modified it?? Hope someone is out there who would like to share their experiences with me! THanks! Van Re: Baybreeze 27 Stylemaster Homes 5Feb 10, 2010 9:07 pm I'm not building with them but they were top of our list when we initially started looking to build around 9 months ago and at that stage we were going to keep things very simple (well things haven't quite panned out that way now ).
To be honest, I've never heard a bad thing about them. Their display homes are really nice, they have taken things up a notch. Anyway, I think you do get a lot of value for your $$$ through them. Depends on what you are after and if you don't think you will upgrade many fixtures and fittings. Just my two cents worth Re: Baybreeze 27 Stylemaster Homes 6Feb 15, 2010 2:15 pm Thanks for that info! They seem to be offering a pretty good package atm with their upgrades..but you're right about the colourbond roof thing..cheaper to go tiles....it's funny cause GjG said they charge less for colourbond roof than tiles...so go figure! We are trying to just do things simply so hope it doesn't go out of control! Unfortunately I think we have to go a facade that I don't LOVE because the others blow our budget too much Ask for references and speak to them. If they are defensive or try to avoid the request, walk. 1 74702 I would never build with Fowler homes. I built with them in 2021 and till date maintenance issues are pending. All their existing trades and businesses don't work with… 14 105564 Hi there! Putting the feelers out there for those who have (or almost) built with Arli homes!
