I really like your light coloured bricks. PM me back please, or to anybody who can help me identify which light bricks they used. The Ponds rejected the initial bricks I picked (PGH Sand Dune). My CC does not recommend my second choice (PGH Crevole) because of apparent "staining issues". Im in a bind, I want my DA to move forward. HELPPPP!!! Re: The Ponds/ KVR- Anyone building this year? Blog List add 1242Apr 14, 2013 5:30 pm We have finished building in The Ponds and are in the waterfall section. We built with Modernview Homes and have finished our pool with them. They don't usually do pools separate to builds, but as we hadn't long finished the build, they decided to help us out. The pool is fabulous. We have also put in the blog post about the landscaping. We found him very helpful, flexible and come to appointments on time Just tell him you get his contact from Monique. Also second Fred for driveway. We got his number from kornjen as well and used him just last week. Re: The Ponds/ KVR- Anyone building this year? IF you are thinking of putting one in, we would recommend definitely doing it, even if only the pipework during the build as you can always do what we did and add the motor when finances allow. Call Michael on 0419481747 who would be more than happy to talk to you. He is based at Annangrove. There is more information on the blog if you interested. It will take them a while to get back to you though.. Has anyone changed their energy provider? We were signed up to Origin by the builder and wondering if anyone has changed theirs? Also I was told that Endeavour energy can't change the meter to do peak, shoulder and off peak rates? Has anyone gone to change to this rate plan? Thank you! I rang them up, asked for a discount and got a total of 18% off with no issues. Call them and ask for a good deal. I'm personally sticking with them. In my opinion you dont need to replace or paint the roof other than treat surface rust… 1 10232 Wish you all the best. Once you signed the contract, they will find millions excuses to charge you.
