Blog List add 937Jun 17, 2011 8:04 am Hi Kornjen, Settlement is usually between 2 and 3 weeks after the land registration. Just warning you though registration of plan date can change many times before it actually goes through. With mine I was originally told March, then it got moved to April, then the end of May and they got brought forward to the middle of May. It is a good idea to have all of your finance ready to go as you will only get 2 weeks notice of when you have to settle. A quick update for us, our plans got approved by council but officially I have not been told by Clarendon even though it went through 11 days ago. We ave accepted an offer on our current house so just waiting for settlement and then we will be ready to start. Have got everything done except for the electrical appointment and tile selection. dil&dil - Will have a look at your land on my weekly drive around this weekend. Just a quick question does anyone have a recommendation for a company to do our driveway? We did not get it included and just wanted to see if anyone has not got it done by their builder and the cost?
