I have less than two weeks to make my decision - I mean of course my husband and I have to make our decision.
This house by Homebuyers centre was my inspiration and I based the frontage of our house on it.

please ignore some of the internal layout that has changed but the facade is the same.
Now I love the momentum facade but can't afford full render from the builder and to be honest I do like a brick look but I'm trying to get a semi rustic effect. I have some photos and I'd love some comments on them, to let me know if I am completely off the track with this.
I'm thinking of Colorbond Windspray roof and white windows. I'd also be having a light almost white mortar. I kind of like the Frenchy feel.
The first one is Santorini block from PGH. Because its modular I'll need render banding and est cost is approx $4500 (I can get independant renderer to do whole frontage for approx $4000 post handover)
I also want it with the flush mortar, it kind of looks really thick and chunky, my Mum hates it lol but I think its charming lmao.

Now do you think I could get the same effect with a standard brick such as Austral Urban One Almond Sandridge

Is it going to look really **** and should I just stick to a basic Urban One brick like Grange with black windows, I know that will look ok, but it doesn't tug at my heart like this other look.
