Gorgeous brick+roof combo, very classy. I'm in love with your benchtop too, I bet that's a special house addition It looks very expensive! The square benchtop vanities always make a bathroom look like a fancy hotel to me, I'll definately want to use them next build (oh god, I'm already talking about 'the next build' and I'm not even done with this one! ). Re: Almost Done now! Pics of our Build 4Jan 31, 2010 2:18 pm Thank you for the lovely comments!! Yes it was a very special addition Moved In!!! Next up Landscaping! Re: Almost Done now! Pics of our Build 6Jan 31, 2010 3:53 pm Hey inamet09, If I can make one suggestion, and feel free to bat me over the head with a bit of gyp rock if I'm out of line... but, did you specify the soap holder in the bathroom? If not I would see about having it replaced with a full tile as I love the niche in the shower and the holder is in the way (that's just me though). Re: Almost Done now! Pics of our Build 7Jan 31, 2010 6:07 pm lol.. no we didnt want them and they are being removed. Same for main bathroom we are putting glass shelves in there. I actually mentioned it in the heading above the ensuite pics (i didnt want anyone to think i was responsible for such hideousness!!) will look much better once they are gone! Moved In!!! The house is looking lovely. Re: Almost Done now! Pics of our Build 12Feb 06, 2010 5:19 pm Hi all, We went for our weekly visit today. Tiles are almost done (again) and looking great. They have put in our bathroom mirrors, which also look great. Powerpoints are in and look like powerpoints. They also put all the wardrobe doors in except they have not put mirrored ones in our master which we paid extra for.. so annoyed about that. Should be easy fixed though. What we are REALLY annoyed about it the freakin kitchen and bathroom cabinets that have been done wrong (handles crooked, can see screw hole behind handles, dura edging scratched due to draws not spaced and set properly) have not been replaced, but extremely shoddily 'fixed'. Lucky i dont know what kitchen company the builder is using. I'm REALLY mad about it.. anyway our builder has been great so far, and the site supervisor is a real hardass so Im trusting they will get it all fixed.. still makes it more stressful than exciting.. here is our one and only pic.. stupid soap holder has been removed too. Its a really nice estate, the wetlands walking paths are nearly complete Awesome sunrises and sunsets, and the view from the backyard is into a field with lots of haybales - perfect for that semi-rural style living Cheers Re: Almost Done now! Pics of our Build 18Mar 04, 2010 1:41 pm Hi, Should be moving in around 2 weeks, had final inspection not too many problems. It will take less than a week to fix them up but we have requested that a piece of glass be put in place of the timber frame in the kitchen (picture explains) so that can take up til 2 weeks. So here are some pictures of the progress, im really pleased with how the colours have come out.. also further up i listed the kitchen cabinet colours for who was interested Kitchen Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Main Bedroom & Ensuite Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Main Bathroom Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Front Of House Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Moved In!!!
