Browse Forums Building A New House Re: DOMAYNE - Commodore Homes in Pearsall WA 21Apr 06, 2010 11:10 am Mae, It is a nice area, I'm in Sunset Rise. Unfortunately graffiti pops up everywhere, I found they like to tag the builders sheds and toilets and being on a corner block I'm sure I'll end up having my fence from time to time. I don't think its too bad in the area though. Best of luck with your build. On another note they started my ceiling on Thursday last week and will hopefully finish it today Building "DOMAYNE" through COMMODORE HOMES in Pearsall WA Slab down 15-01-2010 Handover 16-06-2010 viewtopic.php?f=31&t=29049 Re: DOMAYNE - Commodore Homes in Pearsall WA 22Apr 13, 2010 3:50 pm Latest update - Ceilings and cornices in - Set started - 2 back bedrooms done - Windows in Received Progress Report email today that said plasterers due shortly (they are there) windows to be delivered in near future (they have been installed) Gotta love how the office is behind the actual works being completed. One day I will get around to posting some more pics but for now The house is almost complete, carpets went in today, paving was also finished today. By my reckoning only got the alarm system, flyscreens and garage door to go (possibly insulation I can't tell if its in or not) so I have a feeling they will be done soon. I have started a list of things that need fixing - at the moment it has about 6 items and all are very minor easy fix items - of course i havent been inside the house for a while so a few more things may pop up but hopefully only minor...managed to spot major ones early and have them fixed before next stage. Was really surprised at how quick keystart did their inspection and paid - given the time it took them to do all the paperwork at the beginning. Build time was 5 months and 1 day - Have been really happy with Commodore and have had no major issues. My dad has already started the prep work for the fence and 18 pallets of bricks should have arrived today. I have the next couple of weeks off work to help build the fence and paint the walls before I move in properly. I go there everyday after work anyway...making sure my brain registers it as home automatically Building "DOMAYNE" through COMMODORE HOMES in Pearsall WA Slab down 15-01-2010 Handover 16-06-2010 viewtopic.php?f=31&t=29049 Re: DOMAYNE-Commodore Homes - Handover 16 June 2010 29Jul 04, 2010 6:34 pm Hi, also building a Commodore design.
