Hi all,
I had a final inspection yesterday. The house just need a touch up here and there, a couple of tiles need replacement and the sliding door lock as well, but there are 2 major issues brought up by Kevin from new home inspection.
The right hand side garage is sitting on the boundary, and he found out that is was not covered by termite protection due to not enough space. My supervisor argues that nothing can be done. I really want to pursue this, but I need everyone's feedback in term of the solutions, what can be done so that the RHS garage can be termite protected? Henley should have known this before they came out with the drawing, and leave a little bit of space between garage and the property boundary.
The other problem is the square basin in the ensuite. There are 2 of them installed and one of them is not really square. I didnt notice it until Kevin show that to me. My supervisor is also reluctant to change this.
