Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jan 27, 2010 10:42 am Hi all, I have seen a few posts where people don't opt for the full render (and instead go for the Moroka finish) simply because of the cost blow out. Can any give me a ball park idea of the difference? I am not intending ot render an entire new house but maybe just half. Any rough comparisons between total cost of the 2 would be appreciated so I can get an idea what to expect! Re: Full Render - How much extra $$ are we talking about? 4Jan 27, 2010 12:06 pm If you worked out the square metres of render you are looking at, then allowed render around the $40-45 per square metre, you would be pretty close to what it will cost you extra.
