Also i think H is another good one to have where as P (Problem) is a bad one, major works in the footing and reinforcments, piers in the brick work etc. Usually meany its basically land fill or all top soil. Basic Description is moderately reactive site, have only slight potential for ground movement through moisture change. A lot of people would be very happy to have a 'M' classification, we had 'P-M' due to some fill on the site so we had extra costs for piering. If you are unsure of the report call the soil tester and they will explain it too you in more detail.
