Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jan 22, 2010 10:19 pm Hi, all our builder just want us do a re-establishment survey to make sure the boundary of the land is correct! I am just wondering if anything wrong with our boundary after the survey, does builder need to re-apply boudary dispute application through council? How long it will take thru council? If survey comes all good, builder can start the construction straight away, no need to let council review, is this correct? Thank you Re: re-establishment survey, who cares, council or builder? 2Jan 23, 2010 12:12 pm Anyone can help me the above question? Thanks all Re: re-establishment survey, who cares, council or builder? 3Jan 24, 2010 12:14 am If there are any issues i.e your fences / boundary do not match whats on paper only then you will need to get it sorted. What needs to be done and time frame depends on what the problem is. Thanks so much, fruitty So this means if boundary is correct after the surveyor check, the builder can star construction straight away, no need to give report to council for judgement?
