I have only received a letter from my solicitor and mortgage bank saying it's settled, how do I ensure my land has been transferred to my name and correctly registered at government land office? Re: Building in Esperance Estate, Point Cook 64Jul 05, 2010 5:20 pm I called City west waters and Wyndham city council and confirmed that the land is in my name, I think you need to allow at least 2 weeks from settlement this what my conveyncer told us. I am not how much is my actual site cost. I got a package price from my builder which include fixed site cost and some other things. I just know from the soil test report that my site needs quite some cutting and fillings (I don't really know what they mean my cutting and filling ) Esperance Update: I went to the estate yesterday, there are currently around 10-15 houses being built now. some of them have finish the roof, they are going up pretty quick.
