Browse Forums Building A New House Building in Saltwater Coast - Point cook 459Mar 05, 2012 9:43 am That's terrible news Reenie!! So glad I've got that alarm now!! I finally have the start of some front landscaping! So much nicer to come home to than dirt! I am becoming more disgusted with some people everyday though......the amount if rubbish dumped on vacant blocks is terrible! I'm getting very close to reporting it because the second the wind blows it ends up in my yard! Re: Building in Saltwater Coast - Point cook 460Mar 05, 2012 8:45 pm Reenie Happy moving Rups and Leanne. What a bugger the people moving in couldn't wait a couple of weeks eh? How did you manage to find a place to move in for shuch a short amount of time, or have you had to sign a lease for a certain number of months? Thanks Reenie Unfortunately, the new owners need to move in at settlement. We tried to find a place for 3 months, but it is greatly restrictive in the type of house available and pretty much impossible to come by. Also, if there are any delays with the build, then we may get stuck again... the place we've found is really good, same price we are paying now, on a 6 month lease. Not too bad... most important thing was finding a good place and making the move as simple as possible, especially given Leanne is pregnant... Just want to get into our 'real' house... and make it extra secure by the sound of things... 0 7962 Anybody know any good and reasonably priced Air conditioning contractors/companies that could install a ducted air conditioning system in the Central Coast NSW for a small… 0 16062 No, not yet.
