Just leave them incomplete concrete shells so we can get our own tradesmen in to install the fittings, appliances tiles etc how we want them. It is possible to do this but difficult to find builders that will give you a competitive quote (in my experience). No idea if Project Home Builder's offer this option but smaller builders can.
