All ours!! 425Sep 03, 2010 9:17 am It looks sooo good, can't wait to see what your house looks like with all your things in it!! As for blinds on the sliders...I think the shears look very nice by themselves, IF you have enough privacy from people looking in and if you aren't going to be veiwing your tv in that room. In my opinion, blockouts are a must for watching movies! For my sliders I would go for the panels but my budget is keeping my with vertical blockouts, now I just have to order them!! Wow, I have just spent ages browsing that site. Such a beautiful home. Wish I had seen that when we were renovating our old house! 2pais Think you may need blockout curtains to stop the sunlight from coming in. What shades are you planning on putting for the alfresco? Hmmm, I think you may be right about the blockout blinds, 2pais. We were going to wait until summer too to see the direction of the sun as well for our alfresco blinds. I'll try and get a picture of what we had in mind for the alfresco. brb_654 CONGRATULATIONS on Handover!! Your house looks beautiful enjoy!! Thanks brb. We are just going sheer curtains on our sliders. We don't need it for privacy, just to diffuse the sunlight in the afternoons a little, and so it doesn't look so bare. Can't wait to see it furnished Re: n&n02 - Some pics of the kitchen 433Sep 07, 2010 7:14 pm Thanks Dee, Lucene and Rizzo for your lovely comments. Here's some pics of our kitchen. It's the only room that i have completely finished. It has a 450mm laminex bench in there which holds the kettle, toaster, coffee machine etc, etc and shelving over and under. I loooove it. DH played around with our original house plan to include it so I am soooo grateful he did. Still have to get to Ikea for those barstools which I think will finish it off quite nicely. I'll post more pics of each room as they are finished.
