Rudely, they're threatening to cut off my supply - even though it's the first notice. I haven't received an electricity bill for this period - so . . . who pays for the services during construction? I'm sure it's in the contract, but I can't see it. Cheers! Have you checked with your builder? I haven't received an electrical bill, so that's why I was confused.
