This is my first home and dream coming true. I don't want to feel it as a second hand quality after i move in. Each and everybit of the house should be to my satisfaction and that's what I am paying for I guess. I wrote a letter to PD today explaining the damage. It might cost a few houndred dollars (NSW about $350-$400), with their professional knowledge & advice, they might pick up something you missed. We had a couple of chips in the bottom of the cupboard doors as well and the supervisor didn't flinch at getting it fixed. 2 days later when we came back it was good as new. No idea how they fixed it and I never asked but we were happy that they fixed it without telling us we were being pedantic!!!
