We've had our s!/\/\onds contract for well over a month to read and quite happily, it checks out OK and are happy to sign...with one exception.
The drawings contained within the actual contract are wrong and do not reflect the variations that we want. When I say 'reflect' I specfically mean that all the variations are there, but the positioning/location/configuration is wrong. S!/\/\onds suggest that it is the 'Final working drawings' that matter and it shouldn't be an issue if we sign incorrect drawings.
I say bananas to that explantation. Rather, I have obtained the correct drawings from our CSO and plan to take these, along with a written letter that we will sign and date as the CORRECT drawings that we agree to.
Anyone done this before?
Cheers
