We sort of took our time and let things happen as needed. We signed our contract in July. But did not mean we were ready to build as we needed financing. So our build started to be precise September 9th... Oh! And congratulations by the way. How exciting! Re: SJD Homes. Who's built with them. 364Apr 22, 2017 8:53 pm That's great! Security doors we will not have. We are focusing on a good alarm and camera system and a good fence and gate. Trying to sort out now. Have you sorted out your phone and internet? We are going through grief trying to get it installed at the moment ☹️ Re: SJD Homes. Who's built with them. 372Apr 23, 2017 12:02 pm Jclw DJG5 Jclw [quote="DJG5"][quote="Jclw"]Wow! We have chosen to go with Telstra for phone and internet. They service cable in my area. It's going to be expensive for us cause we want it underground. $240 for instal $499 for underground + other unknown costs...may end up close to $1k... Re: SJD Homes. Who's built with them.d 376Apr 23, 2017 12:25 pm We are building a modified Barclay. We added extra space on the back. We were tossing up between that and the cavesham.
