We were told we need E class slab. Hi Joelleg6, I've been getting inspections for every stage just for my own peace of mind. With SJD, every inspection has come back as well presented and very minor defects. I would say it's worth it for peace of mind as a first timer. But if I were building again with SJD, I would not arrange inspections. Ours is class M. Re: SJD Homes.
