How long do you think it would take from lockup stage to handover? How's your build coming along? Have they given you any timeframes? Re: SJD Homes. How long do you think it would take from lockup stage to handover? How's your build coming along? Have they given you any timeframes? Wow! Yours is flying. Great to hear great progress. I'm cursing I missed getting lockup inspected. My bad. Have been really busy packing things and cleaning our current place that I lost track. We had lockup last week. Plaster started last week on Thursday. More plaster this week. Re: SJD Homes. Who's built with them. 323Jan 30, 2017 5:04 pm That's great! Can I please ask what did u choose for the kickrails in your kitchen and ensuite? Our color selection document says We chose the gloss finish for the cabinetry and the kickrails are valour(matt finish).. The cabinet maker picked this up and told us that's not normal. We changed the kickrails to gloss as well. We don't remember choosing the kickrails color.. Had to google what it actually means and still unsure what kickrails are lol. Anyway, we have asked the cabinet maker to change that to gloss!! what is urs? Re: SJD Homes. Who's built with them. 324Jan 30, 2017 5:18 pm DJG5 That's great! I assume kickrails are same as kickboards that sit between the bottom cabinets and the floor. Will have to check Re: SJD Homes.
