Once you've signed everything if you change your mind it becomes a variation and $$$$$$$. We have so much to learn about this whole process. I think I'm on this forum every day for hours, finding things we had no idea about. Our land won't title till at least April 2017 so we have tonnes of time. One thing I struggle with is visualising the changes we make to the floorplans - it's easy when you walk through a display home and see everything laid out as it is on the plan. How important is it to have paving around the property? Our engeneers report came highly recommended to surround the house with concrete to avoid water pooling into foundation and create runoff. Bad for foundation if water keeps pooling around or in. Re: SJD Homes.
