Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Dec 31, 2009 2:27 pm Hi we are just starting to look for a person to build our fence. It is two side fences of 36m and a back fence of 18m. We are also hoping for 4 gates. We are located in Taylors hill VIC. I have seen some shocking fences around and I dont want to build one like that - that ends up needing repair in the first 6mths. Anyone in the area that can recommend a very good fencer? Thanks Kate Re: Fencer needed in Taylors Hill VIC 2Jan 01, 2010 12:12 am Hi Katy I'm in the area as well. Our neighbours went with Fenceable fencing...and so far so good. For 18m of 6'4" exposed post and capping fence is $1148.40. By the time you split that with the neighbour it isn't too bad. They also do gates. I'm in the process of getting a quote for a sliding gate. Their workmanship is good. At the moment we only have fence on one side as only one neighbour has moved in and will get our other side and back fence done after we move in.
