PFM-I am sure the benchtops don't include Diamond gloss- I would say the kitchen is pretty standard given that they have allowed $11k for kitchen cabinetry, ensuite/bathroom/laundry.... I would have thought the kitchn would take up $9k of that alone. I was thinking in bed last night though that the builders we are building with don't usually build where we are (1.5 hrs away) but are keen to eventually start up here. They have timed it so that if we start in Mar/April they have another job at the same time. Maybe they are offering a really good price so that it makes it worthwhile for them to do the other job at the same time and also as a way to break into a new market. and possibly get more business through referrals from us... that would be nice- maybe I can bargain a bit more with some extra stuff thrown in!
