Because if you did, couldn't you use this to go back to them with?? I just received it today but wonder if it means only the house or outside as well. 1st Tender - 20 March 2010 Slab - 14 August 2010 Frames - 31 August 2010 Roof - 11 September 2010 Bricks finished - 2 October 2010 Lock up - 15 October 2010 Keys - 10 December 2010!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! P.S thanx for your help this morning Mrs Rose... How infuriating for you! Why weren't the drains at ground level to start with? Did you have a charged stormwater system (pipes kept full of water?) or a normal one? Hope everything dried out in the sunshine today.... Did you have a charged stormwater system (pipes kept full of water?) or a normal one? Hope everything dried out in the sunshine today.... Hey Mrs Rose, none of the pipe work is at ground level we have about 4 pipes that are about 30-40cm off the ground... apparently they leave them like that so when you do your landscaping you can then cut them to the level you want... as for the stormwater system... our drainage plan says that the line is charged... but when the SS called the drainage guy he said it wasnt charged... so i honestly have no idea... our whole drainage plan is wrong so we have no idea where we can dig and where we cant because we dont know where any of the pipes are : ( its a tad frustrating but we will do the best we can to get some extra drainage in when we do the retaining wall... I love your kitchen splashback tiles - were they standard? So amazing to see the final (almost) product. Do you think you grow a hedge, or put up a bamboon screen or something to make a nicer outlook to that fence? Interested in what ideas you have as we will have similar situation. Sunshine - Thankyou also for the compliments lol... the kitchen splashback was standard... i love the matt finish.. i picked them when i was tired and over it... then when we got the samples i was worried and i hated them lol... but once installed i love them and actually think they are a lovely feature : ) We were thinking of that brush screening for the back fence as its something you can see quite clearly from the whole living areas...
