(i wondered why it looked more brown than the colour i picked) here are some pictures of the latest progress.. I hope they can fix it all up as soon as possible. xo ^+1 Hope you've had better luck today! unfortunately not SS came out this morning and apparently its not their problem we just have to get our landscaping done ASAP and get our drainage in and cut the drains down to ground level so any future water can get to the stormwater drains.... and after all that they dont want to fix the pipe we had to smash to avoid flooding our house.... i've been out there all day 4 1/2 months pregnant in gumboots bucketing water out so it can dry up.... all i can say is NOT HAPPY JIM!!!!!!!!!!!!! Come to think of it, my yard slopes down like that too and we havent cut retaining walls yet but will need to after handover, and how do I know this wont happen to me?? Do you need dish drains?? They are builders, they should know this stuff. Sorry to hear and hope that it gets rectified. Keep us updated. In one breath I was going to say CONGRATULATIONS about moving in then I read about the flood in your alfresco area. And being 4.5 months pregnant, I can imagine how exhausted / upset you would be. I hope you get it fixed soon... and the rain stops so you can do that! Good luck.
