I didn't realise that you could buy Miele microwaves with grill. Our el cheapo oven where we are renting has one redeeming feature - a separate grill - and we are concerned as our cooking style often uses both the oven and the grill at the same time and our new oven will only have a grill function in the same cavity as the oven. As for the slow heating, the difficulty cleaning, the problem with it not closing properly onto its seal (pointed that out in an inspection about 3 years ago), the inaccuracy of the temperature dial, we're happy to leave those behind us when we move into our new house with a Miele pyrolytic oven. Re: How much did you spend after your build? 24Feb 25, 2010 9:10 am We havent spent anything yet but we set up a budget from quotes we were given and it looks like we will be spending around the 45k mark to finish it which doesnt include some landscaping, shed and fencing as some of thats included but saying that however it does include timber floors and all that so I guess we could of done that cheaper to save funds.
