Does this mean the neighbours built the fence too much on their side? Do we have to do anything about it? Especially if there is a fence in the way. We had our survey done a month back. There is about a 4m gap at the rear with no fence that leads onto another empty block. Some joker keeps driving through our land and the gap in the fence through the rear block onto the road. So he keeps running over our survey peg and knocking it out of the ground.
