Who is building or built with PD in Innisfail (Point Cook)?

Hi All,

I purchased a block of land in Innisfail Estate (Point Cook)
and I am thinking to build with PD.

Has anyone had experience in this estate? I am interested in site site costs with PD.

Btw, my land is not yet settled but looks pretty flat.

Hi Anton,

We are also building with PD, as are quite a few others here. Not in your area so cant help much with what your site costs might be, but a flat block is a good start. Feel free to ask any other questions about PD though!

I am at lock-up with PD in the Boardwalk estate at the moment (just over the other side of Dunnings Rd). We have had an excellent experience with them so far. PD gave us an option to package our already purchased land with their house and have fixed site costs of 6k. Regardless of if they hit rock etc or not your site costs are 6k. I think they do this in Innisfail also. We took this option and I am really please we did as our soil tests would have meant our site costs were more. Any questions just ask.
