I had a red!nk guy email me the standard picks brochure (bricks, doors, windows, hot water, garage door etc etc) As for having the house painted internally, my uncle is a painter, so he will probably do it, we will just need to pay him for the paint. Re: RED INK HOMES - Question on Prices and Prestart. 24Dec 15, 2009 7:29 pm Had a look at your plans (thanks for that) and we have done very similar things lol. I will email you mine as soon as my rugrats are sorted. A couple of questions, do you remember how much the double front door was? Have you added doors to your linen? If so how much was that? Did you go for bench only or all cupboards in your laundry? We've gone for bench only but want to get the trough put in the cupboard instead of the metal cabinet thingy. I pm'd you that house picture and yes please to emailing his details if you can ETA Totally not sure on the painting cost sorry. Re: RED INK HOMES - Question on Prices and Prestart. 28Dec 15, 2009 11:39 pm Hi Cheetah, Just wondering what you paid for the mosaics and if you had to pay much extra? We are looking at them for the back of the vanity wall as I think this really sets the bathroom. Re: RED INK HOMES - Question on Prices and Prestart. 29Dec 16, 2009 12:11 am Yep sure I will email that piccie to you As for paving we didn't ask for any extra, that's just what he drew up for us, no extra price is included in my quotes My kitchen is my favourite change, just needed it a lot bigger with 3 kids, total price was $2234, only thing he's missed out was my microwave recess (underbench) with drawer under, but he said he'll get onto that when he's back. Also upgraded the kitchen pack but assuming we might all have done that . I really wanted the corner pantry as well as I've seen the normal pantry that they include and it just wasn't big enough for us (family of 5). And again the house right up against the boundary, we didn't ask for it, just how he drew it also can't see any $$ amounts for that Re: RED INK HOMES - Question on Prices and Prestart. 30Dec 16, 2009 12:31 am Just in case you want to know what the kitchen upgrades are (you can find them on Westinghouse site) W/House GHP95S Cooktop (900mm) W/House POH967s Oven (900mm) W/House WRG950CGS Rangehood W/House WFD901SA Dishwasher & Recess (asked for kitchen upgrade and it included recess) $3093 all up We also got the crossover included $1000 Full length ensuite shower (double plumbed) $1380 Full width vanity's and mirrors in ensuite ($920) and Bathroom ($496) a fair few walls and other things like extra gas point, digital tv points etc Re: RED INK HOMES - Question on Prices and Prestart. 32Dec 20, 2009 11:33 pm Most definately, I have pics of what I have chosen but dont know how to add them RHI - BALDIVIS PERTH 2005 Bought/Finished WA Housing Centre Home 2010 Building the Benchmark with REDINK Homes in The Avalon 2013 Building the Michigan with Cont3nt Living In Highbury Estate!
