It depends where you are. Since you're in Melbourne, "DA" means Developer Approval. Nothing to do with council or building permits, it's all about the developer being satisfied that your design complies with estate covenants. The building permit is a separate thing altogether. So your permit application has been submitted, but not yet approved and your DA is all done. The permit shouldn't take more than a couple of weeks unless there's something unusual. Dunno what PIC or DBI means though. Ask your CSC. |
