Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jul 15, 2007 6:26 pm Hi Everyone,
I'm building my first new home in Logan QLD. I've checked out a few plans and like the look of the Pl@nt@tion Regatta at this stage. I know my next door neighbour has P class soil, which I've heard is really bad. Without getting a soil test now, what should I budget for the site costs? $10,000?? The block is easy to get access to and is totally flat. Thanks everyone, PS, GREAT Forum! Re: First New Home in Logan 4Jul 17, 2007 3:13 pm Would be pretty impossible to give a reasonable estimate.
It really depends on the reason for the P classification. It could be something just on their block which wont affect you at all, or could be a big problem for you too!
