We have Bona Traffic gloss, and that's maybe about 60% of polyurethane's gloss, but looks great and doesn't tell me when there's dust (aka I can't see it until I start cleaning ). Highly recommend this more subtle gloss level. What are you going to use as the finish?? Cleaning. What cleaning!? I bought a lightweight stick vacuum (quickest way to dust them properly). For any splashes, a very lightly dampened cloth. I think you have to be more careful with damp cloths and water based finishes. My signature is distracting people from my wise posts ... I'm not sure if that is 'high gloss'. Specifically, its Synteko Classic - Gloss, a poly oil based solvent finish. I understand that marks are going to show up big time - but hey - you have start with something that you love right! Especially when you've paid a body part for it How long have you had your Bona Traffic gloss finish? Re: bricksandmortar.jimsy.net / Roselea Homes in The Hills, 23Sep 13, 2011 9:12 pm Hi Jimsy.. Just thought i'd say hi and well done on the job.. I hope you don't mind me poppping past It really does look like its coming along really well... I am sure your sick of being asked about your builder, but how do you think R0selea stacks up value wise against some of the other custom builders? Did their inhouse architect put together your design or was it a heavily modified version of their standard?.. Did you speak to any other builders that you would suggest? We are looking at a KDRB and its all a little confusing...We are after a custom design, nothing too fancy, but better than your standard project home.. We too are looking at your builder but wanted to see who else people have considered... If you prefer, feel free to PM me... btw - I like the gloss floor look too!! Rgds Loftus Even if it's not being sub-divided and you want to keep it as Torrens title, you will still need to talk to a town planner or Council themselves, to see if they will allow… 1 11039 Thanks again Simeon for being so elaborate.
