I am curious to know what to expect in regards to site costs Etc when building a home. I am feeling quite overwhelmed with responsibility, my husband is dipping out of everything and insisting I choose everything from Builder,Design of Home down to the fittings Etc.... EVERYTHING... One of the best things you can do is get an idea of blocks in your area. What type of slabs, if there's rock... etc, etc. Will help you figure it out as bit better and give you a ball park.
