Handover happened even with some things incomplete and now almost a month later some of those things still have not been done. The electrician finally came this week to put in the power points that were missing and to fix the faulty one. We are working on landscaping now. Road base is down for the utility side of the house and paving and pebbles or crushed rock will go down that side. The other side has stepping stones and lots of mulch. It looks fab so far.
