Should you breach your contract in any way they would be the first to wave the contract in your face. Fussy and picky would only be if you asked for perfection and not accepted standards & tolerances. A supplier once said to me after an issue I raised with the client, "People don't even know what you are doing so how would they know what is right or not" ... so that ended that relationship The knowledge base of the individual ( and Job specific associates) decide the path of progress. If a repair becomes necessary then it will be carried out by the most capable person available. If you are a grano then that is your trade but repairing it is a whole new ball game with many pieces of equipment you would hope they are using HOW MANY TIMES A bit like a carpet layer..
