Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Nov 11, 2009 12:12 pm Hi Everyone, Looking for other PD Access people who have had experience when was the last time they could make a variation to there home design.. I would like to change the size of a void to a wall, but am being told by my CSC that it is too late. Final construction deisgns have not been completed, soil and site survey have not been completed... I thought I would be up for a fee, and if anybody has been in the same situation .. how much was that fee ? Thanks for your help in advance Re: What is the last Chance to do a variation with PD Access.... 2Nov 11, 2009 2:27 pm I was always told that nothing can be changed structurally after you've signed the contract.
