Sorry, was this after you've signed the Contract? If so, what did your contract say in regards to site costs? Does it say that they are based on some kind of max allowance for piering, eg. total of X cubic meters of piering concrete / total of Y linear meters of piering concrete?? Which would mean that, if your house needed less than that, it's just 'bad luck' for you (ie. me) because I've already signed it and accepted that "up to" max cost payable to the builder. Does this make sense? Thanks!
