If the weather is too rainy then there's might need to be good drainage ag pipes to prevent any water from pooling around slab. And the slab must be dry completely before any weight bearing frame can be on it or else it might sag. If you are building double storey, then even more time must be set aside to make sure the slab dry completely (inner-most). I phoned my independent building insp and he told me once frame is ready in 8-14 days time give him a call and he can check on the slab and frame together.
