It's been 5 business days and the customer service rep. has yet to reply to my email. Tried calling her in the middle of the week and she says she will get it when she's available. To make matters worse, the questions are very basic.
Can't imagine what it'll be like when I put down the second deposit. Hmm.... might be a tempting option to go ahead with PD seeing the rave reviews I read in this forum
