Re: Our Masterton Havanna....WE HAVE A SLAB 22Nov 22, 2009 8:20 pm Kkatt and Jas - we emailed the invoice to the loans manager at the bank with a letter requesting the bank to pay Masterton and invoiced amount. We typed a letter up on the computer and printed it out. We both signed it and scan it back to the computer as a JPEG file and emailed this with the invoice. The loans manager then printed it out at the bank and faxed it to the loans department. With the FOHG just request in the letter that you want to use the grant and the remainder from the loan. Masteron email and post the invoices to you but you only get five working days to pay it which isn't very long. The first one may take a bit longer. Just let the accounts lady know that you have forwarded it to the bank as then it is out of your hands. R Re: Our Masterton Havanna....WE HAVE A SLAB 24Nov 22, 2009 9:24 pm Yeah cheers R, Sounds like a bit of a process!? Are you with ANZ?...... Cause i think with them all i have to do is go into the branch , sign a drawdown slip then they give a cheque to hand over (once there assessing officer inspects the work masterton have claimed to have done on site). But still a bit unsure, i guess i will find out when the time comes. Re: Our Masterton Havanna....WE HAVE A SLAB 25Nov 22, 2009 9:28 pm Jas - We are with the CBA. Yes it is a bit of a process but we have it down to a fine art now. We don't have to go into the branch either. Brickies started today, will take some pics on wednesday when they have done more. The tilers are starting the roof tomorrow aswell so all systems go at the block this week SO EXCITED!! Re: Our Masterton Havanna....WE HAVE A FRAME 33Dec 07, 2009 8:12 pm Sounds like you will have the bricks and roof finished by the Christmas shutdown, Kkatt. Re: Our Masterton Havanna....WE HAVE A FRAME 34Dec 08, 2009 8:20 am Wishing you luck with the bricking and the roofing! It's interesting to see how differently builders plan their work. For example, roof tiling while bricking to me sounds like an awesome planning; minimises the exposure of the timber ... otherwise, very often it gets very close to the max 3* months exposure (further restrictive manufacturer conditions apply* ).
