We have a few questions to ask the builder and we won't sign before they're answered however I'm wondering whether there are other things we should be looking out for that we first time builders don't know about. What are people's learnt lessons about their building contracts? Or what things do people suggest we look our for in ours? We're building in QLD so if anyone can strongly suggest a lawyer/solicitor who specialises in this field, please feel free to share their details.
