The silicone between the tiles and skirting hasnt been done, the house has not been cleaned... and my alabaster grout is stained with clay, the flashings above the window hasnt been done, and there are many other things that visibly need to be fixed, like the gaps around the light switches, and substandard brickwork. So when is practical completion?, I presume when the builder says the house is finished, not before hand, and is inspection usually before or after practical completion. In my contract there is a page on practical completion but its not specific enough to give me a firm answer. check your contract as it may give you a better understanding (or like me it may leave you still confused!)
