Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Nov 02, 2009 9:53 pm Hi all Whats the best thing to do if your builders certificate of currency is about to run out of date. Certificate of currency is like a builders insurance for public liability etc. Do they automaticly send you a copy of the new one or do you have to ask them for it? Is it safe to assume they will renew the policy or do I need to see it for peace of mind? Am I liabe if they dont have a current policy? Any help would be great, thanks heaps.
