Its bloody huge, bigger than a single bed mattress and quite thick This seems to be another favorite for vacant lots, the concreter's clean up. Ours was a similar size and I spent an afternoon with a pick a week before site start to get rid of it after trying to get the neighbour's builder to clean it up for months. Hopefully that is all it is as it does break up fairly easily. Its rediculous, unless you see someone do it, there is nothing anyone can do... Keeping a vacant block clear of rubbish dumpers is up there with the most stressful part of the building process IMO. Been in a similar position and we decided to let the builder go.
