In terms of finance approval, do site costs (e.g of $15K-$20K) get included in calculations when ascertaining value. E.g Land price = $000,000 + House price $000,000 (and site costs included in that price)....
Site costs include the slab right? and therefore part of the build price???
Just met with lender whom I think has confused me on the matter...
Any clarification would be greatly appreciated
