There is one part that says: 'Provide stainless steel bricklayers wall ties in lieu of standard as per building regulations requirements for seaside dwellings.' $330 Now we are about 20-25km from the nearest beach, are we really still classified as a 'seaside dwelling'???? Erm...wouldn't think so. That would make most houses within the Melbourne metro area qualify as "seaside dwellings".
