PLease help 3Oct 26, 2009 7:23 pm Hi Divya - I checked out the latte bricks by going to some addresses Austral gave me, but I really didn't like them when I saw them in person - way too orange. Here is a pic of one house with Latte bricks I saw: Nothing like the pics on the Austral site! We ended up going with Austral Urban One Nougat. Good luck choosing. Caz Caz & Co ALL MOVED IN!! PLease help 5Oct 30, 2009 11:18 am Hi Divya My land settles in Dec and I have signed provisional contract with Henley. My experience with Henley has been good until now and hope the same for future. I hve upgraded few things like roof tiles to Grey, Newport bricks, doors, spa and lot of wall points...I think it will turn out to be very pretty. Re: Anyone with Austral bricks Latte? PLease help 7Nov 16, 2009 8:54 am Hi Eastowest, My land is in Lynbrook and nearly flat...and M class....So I got approx $3,500.00 as site costs and other OHS & COuncil requirements around $3,800.00....So totally I got $7,300.00. I understand that there are builders who really charge more site costs like Simonds..unless u negotiate they will never reduce site costs...But with Henley...I realised that they charge you actual ones...so no any hidden costs... So, whatever site costs they charge you should be the actual one...Still u can try negotiate a bit if possible.. Cheers, Divya Building MONTEREY Q1 with Henley Deposit Paid.
