I have finally learnt how to add an image with photobucket so I have uploaded a link to our plan, block plan and facade if you wish to see them.. This is a custom built house with a private builder. During this thread posting famine of mine we have been busy negotiating with banks & builders. I'm pretty sure that all the paperwork is on track. Last i heard the bank just needed to send one of their valuers out to look at the plan and the block to make sure it is what we say it is and worth what the builder/landowner say it is. We also managed to meet three of our neighbours in various stages of building. Tile and carpet not open until the 11th unfortunately, I wanted to have a good idea before we went and signed the contract and before we have our colour appointment so we can try to avoid upgrading all over the place.
