They are a pretty good builder being part of a group of Gemmill Homes. I think the only things they forgot to put in is the insulations and light fittings keeps having problem. But they come and fix all the problems straight away. Anyway I just recently signed up to build a home in Quattro Queens Park with Good Life homes choosing the Santa Fe design. 321 square meter land. 170 square meter house. 130 square meter living area. 3 Bed Rooms 1 theatre 2 bathrooms 2 garages 1 alfresco (typical home nowdays).
